Quality System
Certificate photos circulate easily on the internet; audit reports do not. Here is exactly which markets each EMPOLO certification line covers, and how testing works on your order — before you trust a badge in a PDF.
CSA-certified line for the United States and Canada — the listing most US importers must see before a project will pass inspection.
Australian/NZ plumbing conformity mark. Australian specifiers check the license number; we provide it with quotations.
Australian water-efficiency labelling — star ratings registered for rated models on request.
Saudi Arabia conformity route for project and retail shipments into the Saudi market.
Thai Industrial Standard line for Thailand distribution and project programs.
European conformity marking for EU-bound programs.
One honest note: certifications are line-specific, not company-wide. Tell us your country and we quote the certified line with the matching documentation pack.
Testing protocol
Incoming brass ingots spectrometry-checked (copper >59%). Zinc is never in the spec, and we verify rather than trust.
Post-polish visual gate, then sampled racks from each plating batch for adhesion and corrosion/salt-spray resistance.
Every assembled unit — not a sampling lot — is pressure-tested and leak-checked. Failed units are counted here, not in your warehouse.
Sedal ceramic cartridges (Spain) are the platform component: the part that decides whether a lever still feels new after years of daily use.
Testing reports, packing lists and certificate packs travel with the container; third-party inspection (SGS/Bureau Veritas style) welcome at any gate.
Warranty, in writing: 5 years on faucet bodies, 2 years on ceramic cartridges — spare cartridges, hoses and aerators ship in parcels or on your next container.
Factory video tours, live production calls, or your inspector on-site — whichever proves the factory to your compliance team.
