How an OEM program runs
1. Brief. Target market, retail price structure, one reference product or drawing. 2. Proposal. We map your brief to an existing platform or quote tooling for a new one, in writing. 3. Samples. Physical samples with your logo and finish before any bulk commitment. 4. Program. Production with milestone photos, 100% testing, and your packaging on the pallet. Typical first-order to shipment lands in weeks, not quarters — tooling for handle changes is days of CNC programming, not new investment casting tools.
